Privacy Policy

1. Who is responsible for your data

agnticr is the data controller for personal data we process about our website visitors, prospects, and account administrators. When we process Customer Data on behalf of a customer using the Service, we act as a data processor and the customer is the controller; that processing is governed by our Data Processing Agreement.

2. Data we collect

We collect the following categories of personal data:

• Account data — name, email address, company, and credentials you provide when signing up or joining the waitlist;
• Usage data — log data, device and browser information, IP address, and how you interact with the Service;
• Content and instructions — the data, documents, messages, and instructions you submit so that agents can perform work (“Customer Data”);
• Communications — messages you send us, including support requests and feedback;
• Cookies and analytics — information collected through cookies and similar technologies (see “Cookies” below).

3. How we use your data

We use personal data to:

• provide, operate, maintain, and secure the Service;
• execute the work and automations you instruct, including through connected third-party tools;
• communicate with you about your account, updates, security, and support;
• improve and develop the Service, including troubleshooting and analytics;
• process payments and manage billing;
• prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents; and
• comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

4. Legal bases for processing

Where the GDPR applies, we rely on the following legal bases: performance of a contract (to provide the Service); our legitimate interests (to operate, secure, and improve the Service); your consent (for example, for certain cookies or marketing, which you can withdraw at any time); and compliance with legal obligations.

5. AI processing

To deliver the Service, content and instructions you submit may be processed by AI models, including models operated by trusted third-party providers acting as our sub-processors. We take steps so that such data is processed only to provide the Service and is not used by those providers to train their general-purpose models, except where you have separately agreed.

6. Sharing and disclosure

We do not sell your personal data. We may share it with:

• Service providers and sub-processors — hosting, infrastructure, AI model, analytics, communications, and payment providers who process data on our behalf under appropriate agreements;
• Third-party integrations you connect — when you authorize the Service to exchange data with tools you choose;
• Legal and safety — where required by law, legal process, or to protect rights, safety, and the integrity of the Service; and
• Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.

7. International transfers

We primarily host and process data within the EU/EEA. Where personal data is transferred outside the EU/EEA, we use appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent mechanism.

8. Data retention

We retain personal data for as long as needed to provide the Service and for the purposes described in this Policy, and thereafter as required to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Customer Data is retained according to your account settings and our agreement with the customer, and is deleted or returned on termination as described there.

9. Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data, including encryption in transit, access controls, and monitoring. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, to object to certain processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority (in Sweden, the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection, IMY).

11. Cookies

We use necessary cookies to operate the site and, with your consent where required, analytics cookies (including Google Analytics) to understand usage and improve the Service. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect functionality.

12. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

13. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice through the Service or by email. The “last updated” date above indicates when this Policy was last revised.
